    Before Your Treatment

    For 24-48 hours:

    • Avoid retinol, acids, and exfoliating products for 48 hours

    • Avoid tanning or direct sun exposure

    • Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin if possible

    • Inform your therapist if pregnant, breastfeeding, or on prescription skincare

    After Your Treatment

    For 24-48 hours:

    • Mild redness or flaking may occur, this is normal

    • Avoid retinol, acids, scrubs, or exfoliating products for 5-7 days

    • Keep skin hydrated and gentle

    • Avoid heat, saunas, intense exercise, and direct sun for 48 hours

    • Makeup can be worn after 24 hours, if desired

    • Always apply sunscreen daily to protect your renewed skin
